We typically deliver within 3–5 business days. For Delhi/NCR and major cities, delivery can happen within 1–2 days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
Yes! You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. The product must be sealed and unused. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, simply share a photo with us and we will replace it immediately.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. Please note that COD is available only for orders up to ₹999.
Absolutely! All our dry fruits are sourced directly from farms with no artificial preservatives or added colors. Every batch is clearly labeled with its expiry date so you always know what you’re getting.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also log in to your Mr. Meva account and visit the “My Orders” section to check the real-time status of your delivery.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the received items. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order ID and we will do our best to help.
Currently, we deliver only within India. We are working on expanding our international shipping soon. If you are based abroad and interested in our products, please email us and we will notify you as soon as international delivery is available.
