We accept return requests only under the following circumstances — you received a damaged or broken product, you received a defective or spoiled product, you received an incorrect product that does not match your order, or the product received has already crossed its best before date at the time of delivery.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons — change of mind after purchase, incorrect product selected by the customer at the time of ordering, minor natural variations in colour, size, or texture of dry fruits which are completely normal, or return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST
Raising a return request with Mr. Meva is simple and straightforward. Contact our customer support team at Info@mrmeva.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and guide you through the next steps.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Credit card and debit card refunds may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time. UPI and digital wallet refunds are typically processed faster.
You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as your refund has been successfully initiated. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at Info@mrmeva.com and we will investigate immediately.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
In cases where a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect product, we offer the option of a full replacement shipment at no additional cost to you as an alternative to a monetary refund. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2 business days of return approval and delivered within standard shipping timelines.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error such as an incorrect or damaged product. Coupon discounts and promotional credits used on the original order will not be refunded as monetary value but may be reinstated as store credit at our discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at Info@mrmeva.com with your order number. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
